Annex 2 - Data Processing Particulars

Scope

Ravio's processing of Customer Personal Data is limited to processing required in order to provide the Customer with Ravio's benchmarking platform in line with the Services.

Nature

The nature of the processing is the Services as described in the Service Agreement.

Purpose of processing

The purpose of the processing is for Ravio to provide the Services to the Customer as set out in the Service Agreement.

Types of personal data

Compensation Benchmarking:

Subject to the flow selected, the categories of personal data processed include:

Full Flow: employee name, employee ID, manager name, manager ID, employment status, work location, job title, employment type, salary/ pay rate, pay interval, pay currency, diversity analytics data (optional), work email (optional - see below)

Anonymised Flow: employee ID, manager ID, employment status, work location, job title, employment type, salary/ pay rate, pay interval, pay currency, diversity analytics data (optional - see below)

Platform Authentication: work email (optionally we can collect this via API)

Diversity Analytics (Optional): employee age (optional), gender (optional), marital status (optional), ethnicity (optional)

Equity Benchmarking (Optional):

Equity Information: shares/ options granted, grant/ vesting start date, equity type, vesting period, cliff

Categories of personal data e.g., special category

The categories of special category personal data processed include: ethnicity (optional).
