Terms of use - share a benchmark

By using the ‘Share a Benchmark’ feature (the “Feature”), you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the rightful recipient of the benchmarking information

• You will only use the Feature for your own use as an HR professional and will not further share, screenshot, or ‘forward on’ the benchmarking information

• Ravio is the copyright and intellectual property owner of the Feature

• Ravio reserves the right to remove access to the Feature at any time

• You hold Ravio and the benchmark discloser (the person you received the link/ email from) harmless from any misuse of the Feature

• Ravio have read and agree to Ravio processing your data in line with its Privacy Policy

• Ravio may contact you to ask questions about the Ravio product or feedback to help to improve the Ravio product
