We’ll be looking for those companies going above and beyond, or standing out in their field. That might be companies with a particularly strong representation for women in STEM roles, or it could be companies with innovative benefits offerings. There are lots of companies doing amazing things for their employees, and we want to recognise that. Award winning companies will receive an exclusive Badge to display on their website, careers page, LinkedIn, email signature, or social media. This will demonstrate their commitment to employee wellbeing and/or diversity within the business.
